Georgia Ribbon Wreath

I made this Wreath for a friend’s birthday a few days ago. Her and her hubs are HUGE GA fans, but they didn’t have a GA Wreath, well they do now! I purchased a Styrofoam white wreath and tide 4 inch strips of tulle in knots around the whole thing. I bought a piece of craft wood and hand painted the G.
